Changed corporate structure for Quality Austria

In the year of its 20th anniversary, Quality Austria is positioning itself for the future with a new corporate structure. With the reorganization and division of the operative business into two subsidiaries, the company is preparing itself for the changing market conditions.

In order to be able to react even faster and more specifically to the needs of their customers and the dynamic market environment, Quality Austria has restructured the company Quality Austria - Trainings, Zertifizierungs und Begutachtungs GmbH, which has been in existence since 2004. Since October 1, 2024, the company with offices in Vienna and Linz has been operating under the name Quality Austria Holding GmbH. The operational business will be taken over by the two newly founded subsidiaries of Quality Austria Holding GmbH with immediate effect: Quality Austria Academy GmbH will act as the provider for the broad range of training and further education, while in future system, product and accredited person certifications as well as verifications will be the responsibility of Quality Austria Certification GmbH. In the field of accreditations, all rights and obligations as well as the accreditation number issued by Akkreditierung Austria were transferred to Quality Austria Certification. The cross-company agendas and areas of responsibility such as management, finance, marketing and IT will remain with Quality Austria Holding.

“By splitting our existing company into three separate corporate identities, we can react even more quickly and specifically to the volatile market conditions and respond more specifically to the needs of our customers. At the same time, all services will continue seamlessly and in the usual first-class quality - just like our focus on innovative solutions and practical expertise,” explain the two Co-Managing Directors Mag. Christoph Mondl and Dr. Werner Paar.
